Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for purchases made on HireHive.
1. No Refund Policy
Payments made for digital services including employer subscriptions or candidate visibility plans are non-refundable once processed.
2. Exceptions — Duplicate Payment
If a user accidentally makes the same payment twice for a subscription, we will initiate a refund after verification.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under exceptional cases:
- Email the payment proof and transaction IDs
- Send request within 48 hours of transaction

4. Refund Timeline
Upon approval, refunds are issued and credited within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Jurisdiction
Legal disputes relating to refunds are governed by laws of India, and courts located in Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
